Palió® – Warranty Policy

All Palió® products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues that occur under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Palió® will replace the entire unit at no cost to the customer.

Warranty Requirements

To qualify for a warranty replacement, customers must provide:

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)

  • The document must clearly show the original date of purchase

Important Notes

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Palió®.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper care or maintenance

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

The warranty period is not extended or renewed upon replacement.
